Default HELP Lexus GS300 2006 AWD WONT START

I got in a accident about a month ago. I got hit on the fender part passenger side. Car was still ON after the hit but steering wheel would not turn. I had my friends mechanic come look at it and comes to find out the inner tie rod was really bent and so was the sway bar. I purchased a inner tie rod, outter tie rod, sway bar & new axle from a local parts store.. he finished the job but now is saying the car won’t start. Any advice on what I should do or what you guys think it might be?? maybe something that has to do with the cars computer system? please any help I’d really appreciate it!

Does the car have power and just wont turn over? Check for codes after confirming the battery is not drained.

He checked the codes and comes out it was an electrical problem, can’t quote which codes it was but when I meet up with him I’ll ask for more details. he said it was able to start once he fixed the electric problem and comes to find out I don’t need the axle, so returning that back Friday! So far I’ve bought new inner & outer tie rods, sway bar and CV boot just came in today from monument auto parts. I’m going to for sure test drive it before anything.. now I got to look for a fender and tail lights passenger side at a junk yard wish me luck & THANK YOU for u guys who replied!!
