My front end squeaks.. Are the suspension parts serviceable? Grease fittings etc?

 

It's likely either a rubber bushing or a strut. Probably not "serviceable". You'll need to replace the culprit with a new part.

 

Try spraying wd40 on the swaybar bushings, those squeak if there dry. You can also push down on the car and see where the squeak are coming from, because it can come from a number of spots. Struts/balljoints/tierods/swaybar bushing/rubber bushings/etc.
