2006 GS300 AWD, installing 19in wheel 8.5 front and 9.5 rear the recommended tire profile is 35 front and 30 rear would more meat any recommendation.

I like to use https://tiresize.com/calculator/ When I ran 20" staggered I ran 245/35/20 (26.8" tall) and 275/35/20 (26.5") if I remember correctly anything .04 or .05" + or minus - will trigger the awd error light. I had to do fender trimming for the front, but after trimming the fenders and finding a rounded edge tire I was able to clear with out too much rubbing.

With this you may rub and or do fender trimming
245/40/19 (26.7")
275/35/19 (26.6")

This combo you will rub less and may get away without trimming
235/40/19 (26.4")
265/35/19 (26.3")


I think you will be ok without fender trimming
245/35/19 (25.8")
255/35/19 (26.0")
