Default GPS signal weak

Hi guys,

So I've noticed that the GPS icon doesn't show so often so I started searching for the problem. Here is what I've found so far(keep in mind I have no window tint):

Tiday I took my car out of the garage. Immediately it got a GPS fix.

So I decided to check the signal strength of the satellites.

"Cool" I thought, "Let's see what would happen after a short drive".
I literally moved 2 meters and it lost most of them and the ones that were left had a very poor signal. This is after a few kilometres of driving:

So, could it be the antenna, what do you think? I mean, if that is the case, an antenna is what, about $15, I'll order it and change it in a blink, but first I eant to hear your thoughts . Plus it's about -3C°(26.6F) outside these days, so I'm not too keen about taking apart the dash(I can't do it in the garage, since it's too narrow)

It could possibly may have to do with the fact that the keyboard turns off after you drive in gear, its a safety to prevent the driver from not typing on the key pad putting in the coordinates while driving.

Well, we'll see in two days, since I couldn't wait, took the dash apart and ordered a new antenna . I think that the connector is Fakra GT5, am I right?

Well, I think that I managed to fix it. Installing a new, $15 antenna and placing it in the dash fixed the issue. Will test it more tomorrow and see how it is . Here is the result. I was driving for about 5 minutes and it only lost the signal for 1-2 seconds on few occasions.

Final result - it wasn't the antenna at all. It was the dash cam(cheap one, no GPS), which was connected to the front power outlet(where the cigar lighter is). When I turned it on the signal went to 0, when I turned it off it immediately found my location. Removed it, now it has perfect reception with the original antenna.
