I went through the threads looking for an answer, but cant find it. I want to know do all 3rd Gen models have that green interior lighting(radio,nav,entire middle console). I'm hoping 2010 removes it, but cant find anything about it.

 

Yes, all 3rd gen model has the signature Toyota\Lexus Green interior light. You could swap them out if you know how to de-solder and solder SMD LED lights.
