On my GS350 I popped off the engine cover, and there was a blank plugged up vaccum line near the fire wall. I simply removed the clamp and slid off the plug and found a vacuum line that matches the nipple.
There are multiple uses for seafoam. You can pour a small amount in the cylinder, pour is slowly through a vacuum line, pour it in the tank, and/or pour it in the crankcase.

A very important distinction - there are 2 distinct Seafoam products that aren't often acknowledged as such.
Seafoam Motor Treatment (https://seafoamsales.com/sea-foam-motor-treatment/): for pouring into oil or fuel
Seafoam Spray Cleaner & Lube (https://seafoamsales.com/sea-foam-spray/): for spraying just before the throttle plate
It is not recommended to try sucking the Motor Treatment directly into the combustion chamber as that's not the application it's designed for. Can you get by doing so? Yes. Is it easier to mess something up by inducing too much heavy fluid? Also yes. For cleaning your intake tract and upper engine, you'll likely be better off with the Spray (which is also what I use it for) - spray it just before the throttle plate for best results.
You can use both simultaneously, as well, if you'd like. Not certain how much more effective this is, though.
