Replaced TPMS sensor twice - still not working. Wrong part? ECU connector? Clueless

Following up for the archives, and anyone else who might turn up here via an Internet search. Took my car to the dealer for a service today, and it turns out that the part 42607-33021 is a USA part number, but my Israel car uses the Europe / Middle East part. Doh. I know there are sometimes differences, but I'd never have guessed that this type of part would be different.
Apparently European sensors communicate on 433 MHz, and USA sensors on 315 MHz. The best link I found on the subject is https://tpms247.com/blogs/tpms-faq/7...315-mhz-433mhz.
So, lesson learned, but it won't stop me buying parts from the USA as a general rule, they're much cheaper than here, even with delivery charges.
