Default TPMS indicator light is on

My TPMS indicator light on my dash is on, solid, not flashing.

I took it to my Lexus dealer to check the tire pressure and they said it's fine so it's most likely a faulty TPMS sensor.

My question is will they have to replace all 4 sensors at the same time if one is faulty? I've read that batteries are built-in so the unit needs to be replaced, correct?

Thanks!

Default My light is on too

A couple of months ago my light came on too. I was taking in my car for the 30K servicing anyway so I had them look at it. Was told that it is "very rare" for the sensor to go out (although if you do a search here, it appears to be pretty common). They replaced one sensor, according to the service rep. Now, 4 months later, the light has come back on. Since I no longer have run-flats I am just considering this a nuisance light.

check your PSI for all tires. If one of them is off 5 PSI's w/ the rest, the light will come on.
