I have a 2004 ES330. Ever since having work done (they disconnected to battery) my windows and sunroof open automatically. For instance, as soon as I turn my car off, this happens. Or, I close doors, get a few feet away and they open. Or, I'm waling up to my vehicle and the FOB light flashes and it happens. I have changed the battery and know for sure that I'm not hitting the buttons. It's doing it by itself.

 

try reintialising all the windows but holding up the window switch up (closed) for 10 sec then down (open) for 10s do this at each door and not all at the drivers control panel.
