Passenger window doesn't stay up

Passenger window doesn't stay up

When trying to close passenger window from driver's side it comes right back down.
How can I fix it?

Welcome! The previous owners of my vehicle had the same issue (on the same window, actually), and the fix was to replace the window regulator.
