Default Common component failures on GS

My GS buddies,

my Car is now over 200,000 KM (125,000 Mile). and I always try to properly maintain it before it breaks down on me which it never did so far. from my experience, here are the things that I replaced and heard other people replace too:
-Alternator @ 100K miles
-Water Pump @ 100K miles
-Exhaust pipe + Muffler @ 100K miles because of Canadian salty roads
-Valve gasket and spark plugs seals @ 100K miles

What other things that are common to break on this car to keep an eye on (excluding the maintenance stuff like spark plugs, drive belts, oil...etc)?
What about sensors, injectors, gaskets, hoses, radiator, intake and exhaust manifold?

The waterpump is indeed famous other things
- shock absorbers, minde where fully fukushima after 180.000km replacing the rearonce is very easy the front once require spring clamps
- xenon ballast -> lot of info on this forum, lights start failing or flickering you can swap to a new ballast (60 usd+-) or go for alternative lights and ballasts
- electric curtain ... metal tooth breaks easy ... new curtain is nearly 2000 usd so better get an alternative I found a wheel from an RC car that matched and modified it with a Dremel, cost me about 4 euro
- battery pack at 270.000~300.000 they cost around 6000 usd new however for a fraction of that price you can get a refurbished one of open it and replace the panasonic cells yourself. (On the 450h)
- rest of the car is pretty bulletproof ... one of the most solid cars I have driven EVER by far

Thanks HaerdenC, I got to agree with you on the Ballast. it started to fail on my GS and I get random headlight shutoff which can be fixed for few minutes once i turn them back on. I replaced the bulbs with no luck.

I do advise lexus GS 350 and IS 350 owners to change their spark plug seals and valve gasket if they were experiencing some engine oil loss like me. its a costly repair though.

I do have to agree that the GS is very reliable, I am wondering what would be the expected millage on it with proper maintenance

I have knowledge of a GS450h in germany with 650.000 ... few waterpumps and maintenance that's it still first hybride battery!
