Default Two different tire tread depth...

Need to replace my rear tires. Found a really good deal on some almost new used tires that have 9/32 and 10-11/32 depth.. I can save about $150 compare to if I buy 2 new tires for the same brand and model. Matching brand and model with same tread pattern... Is it okay to install and drive on tires with two different tread depth?

Only problem that might arise is if one is significantly worn more than the other and they're installed on the rear or drive wheels.

From your measurements it doesn't sound like that big of a diff. Make sure they're on the same axle though i.e. both on front or both on rear.
