No it does not, it is multiport only, no direct injection, and certainly not both (d4s system)

again you're only correct for UAE models. Everywhere else on the planet the Gs460 have direct injection.

go take a look at the Lexus service manuals that technicians use to fix up GS460s.

i have a gs460 and all the engine tags show 1ur-fse and not 1ur-fe. End of story.

My gs350 is at 120k and burns minimal oil. Maybe 1/4 quart or less over 5k miles. Really depends on the car.

I think it's not that common of an issue to
be honest. My old 2004 TL at 95k burned noticeably more.

Where are you located? Any of the 3gr-fse will only have direct injection. If you're in certain markets that has the 3gr-fe, like India, China, the middle east, it'll be port injection.

If your engine is the 3GRFSE then that is the problem child, the 3GRFE is ok

Even if yours is 3GRFSE its not the end of the world, carbon isnt a cancer. You can remove the intake manifold and manually clean the valves with a long brush and solvents. Even the tops of the pistons can get cleaned!
