Help, undercarriage panel is broken

Hi guys, I notice this panel is broken under my car. I don't know the name of this part or the price to get this fix. Is this something easy that I could have a guy friend to help me fix it or do I have to get it done at a shop. Please help =(

Rock auto. Mine is holding up fine at 3 years. Rockauto has them cheap

Yupe rock auto has them. Got mine 3 yrs ago...still working fine.

what's the part number or what does this part called? I took the pictures from the front. I know it's not the panel that's under the engine. Please help me guys. Thanks so much.

I think rockauto sells the whole front panel that includes the panel for the oil filter area. http://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/l...ne+cover,12350
part number LX1228117 RWD only, LX1228116 AWD.
