07 450h multiple warning light
After filling up and getting back on freeway the check engine, vcs, trac off, ?vghs, and afs off lights all came on at the same time. Have lost 10-15% fuel economy. Car has 65,000 miles. If I am in the right forum, does anyone have any diy suggestions for this problem?

Did you put the correct grade of fuel? Did you tighten the gas cap?
Can you get it to a shop and read the codes? Usually if there's an emissions issue that throws a check engine light, it turns off the traction control system.
