At night, one of my daytime running lights does not work. During the day, both of them work perfectly. Therefore, both of them work during the day, but only one of them does not work at night. How do I fix this?

Though they're the same color, they aren't the same bulbs. Your daytime running light is your high beam bulb at 50% power. The lights that turn on at night are the parking lights, which are on the very top corners of the inner headlights. Just buy some size 168/194 LED(if you want to change the color or output) or halogen bulbs and replace them with those. Here's a DIY thread
