Advice neede to purchase GS 460 or Gs 430

i have 06 GS430, its nothing but bullet proof. drove it daily, mileage 170K now. regular service obviously.
personally, im not afraid to drive this GS430 until 300K+. not sure i will feel the same with GS460.
If you have no plan to drive until 200K, get 460. If you plan to keep the car for a long time, then i'd get 430.
