2006 GS350 AWD - Good price?
Is this a good deal - http://www.formulaonemotors.com/inve...ack-up-camera/ ?
The price shown is Canadian which converts to USD $9,140.25. Its an Ultra Premium model originally from the US and imported into Canada soon after it was sold in the US.
It has 89,375 miles. I called the dealer and the sales guy I spoke to said the only accident it has been in was for about $1K in 2008 for damage to the center of the rear bumper.
Its been in Canada since 2008 and had about 900 miles on it when it was imported here.
I haven't seen the car in person yet - I plan to check it out this weekend. This is to potentially replace my wife's 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid.
The drivers seat and part of the trim where the drivers right leg touches seem to be rough shape. Other than that based on the pics it seems to be in pretty decent condition.
Any tips and gotchas to watch for when I check it out? One of my friends said to pay attention to door seams and rubber stripping in the doors for paint over spray. Just in case the car was in more accidents than what the sales guy mentioned already. Any long term issues with these cars?
I like this particular car mainly because it "appears" to be in decent condition, has the color combo I like and seems to be a good price for a car that cost about $65K 8 years ago?

I actually saw this one up for sale as I'm weird and constantly check. This is a good deal for the mileage! There was a 2008 white AWD with 230,000kms for around the same price a month or two ago. Scoop it up quickly before someone else does.

For 2006 that would be a GS 300 and not a 350 and probably cost somewhere in the low $40k's. With that said, that's probable a great price at that mileage, if in great condition.

My wife does not like the beige leather. She said it looks like a grandpa color. lol
What year/gen of the GS did it start coming with a Blind Spot Monitor?
Here is 2008 model that seems to be in better condition - the CarFax report is already provided by the dealer and it has not been in any accidents - http://www.carsunlimitedniagara.ca/c...baeabfd51f.htm
I'll check this one out tomorrow instead of the white one.
