Default new rims need help?

Hello fellow Lexus owners i have a 2007 GS450h and was wondering can i change from my 18inch rims to 19inch rims without making any suspension modifications?

Listen I have the same year GS450H. I went to 20"inch with no suspension mods. Drives better then the factory. Make sure you get 245/30/20 and 275/30/20 rear tires. perfect.

certainly can, just make sure you keep the same overall diameter the same and you'll be good

eh its subjective. your swapping a meatier tire for a skinnier tire so you'll feel the road more so you do lose a little comfort but then again as mentioned, its all subjective
