Front lower grill?

Front lower grill?
Hello I will soon be adding an aftermarket grill to my gs and I know I will have to remove the bumper. I will also be changing the lower grill as well. Do I have to take the bumper off for that as well? Or does the bottom grill inser pop out? I would just do them at the same time however the top grill will take a few months to get and I will have the lower hell next week. Thanks again guys
