Default Lowering Blocks Question

Hey guys, sorry I know this seems like a dumb question but I want to know, is it possible to install lowering blocks on my 2006 GS300 or are they only for leaf springs? Also, do you guys know how it would effect my ride comfort and how does installation work?

More than likely it's for leaf springs. However there is a company out there that make the front LCA blocks where I think you can achieve up to a 1" drop. No illeffects, you keep stock suspension and travel.
