Is it typical to notice a drop in MPG after new tires?

i have same tires and mine never changed. tire pressure will influence this.

I think it is typical. I bought a 2006 GS430 CPO that had Pilot A/S Plus with about 50% tread left. For the past 18 months, I consistently averaged between 22-23 mpg (mostly highway miles). I just bought a new set of A/S Plus and I'm now averaging 21 mpg. Driving habits, commute and tire pressure have all remained the same.

I started at 32 and have since bumped it up to 35. It didn't seem to make much of a difference on mpgs.

Same here, didn't see a difference. Make sure your tire pressure is set correctly.
