2008 gs 460
I’m selling my gs 460 108,000 miles & buying 2010 gs 450h anyone know about this car

It is a hybrid V6. I do not think it comes with the AVS like the 460 does but some of them have active anti-roll. The hybrid batteries last about 10-15 years so check to see if it was replaced before buying.

That is the one that needs the spring removal tool. I had the valve covers off on mine and none of the springs, rockers, or lash adjusters had any play in them. The recall was either fixed or did not apply to mine.

i will check but It does only have 63,000 miles so wouldn’t the battery be good at this mileage?

It really depends on how many charge cycles it went through. If they drove all highway it would be like new because the hybrid system wouldn't be engage. But if they drove all city at low speeds it could be almost out. There might be a way to test the battery life.

i will check that out I did call & the dealer told me there is a aftermarket company that charges 2,000 & installs it I believe it has a 3 year warranty, I hate to see my gs 460 go but gas is high and this 450h is the same color in & out

They may just be installing a refurbished battery. They would just change out bad cells but not the ones close to going out. They last about 3 years instead of 15. My GS 460 gets about the same mileage as the V6.

well hopefully I’ll be ok I’m checking on warranty I’m getting the 2010 gs450h shipped here it’s a go it has 63,000 it should be mint I like the grill & the wheels on the 450h I listed my 2008 gs460 for sale on market place cars are so high & my 460 is mint I should get all the $ for it
