It appears the consensus is mostly on the 430, Im not to worried about the GPS being slightly outdated, I'm in it for the reliability and quality build that only Lexus can offer.

Haven't heard much about the 450H. I've read on the Hybrid forum people have been touting it as the best made Lexus....besides the LS?
Is this hybrid seen as problematic? Consistent error codes, warnings on this ride?

The 450H is indeed a wonderful car. Pretty fast and economical on fuel at the same time. You will lose some trunk space due to the battery though. But I think they all come fully loaded (marklev, park sensors etc.)

However, I assume that a lot of people are probably hesitant about the "H" factor, that is, the hybrid system. Uncertainty about if and when it needs service or replacement and the $$ cost to do it.

If that doesn't faze you, it is indeed one of the better, faster lexuses (lexi? lexeeses? lol) built in the GS class.

However, the 430 comes pretty close. I have a 430 and I like being able to work on it with regards to oil changes, plugs etc. Plus the engine is indeed super reliable. I bought mine used with 138K on the odometer. Still smooth and took it to over 600 miles straight driving twice. No issues.
