Default pull out ball bearing rack in trunk

This is pretty universal but I was wondering if anyone ever thought about installing a ball bearing pull out rack inside the trunk of the car. I was thinking of doing this to put some of my small gym things or some of my son's thing I always bring around and have to use. It would be something simple with a bracket and the drawer attached.

Did this for an amp rack once.

The issue with movable shelving/racks is that they take up space that could otherwise be used by unknown items. I did this for my GTI, and it just was in the way more than it helped.

We have hooks in the trunk... little plastic ones. A better solution could be to just to replace the hooks with something more sturdy. Maybe 'hook' into a loop with a carabiner? That might be pretty cool to do, actually.
