Toyota Interface kit for iPod

I have the interface below for my 2007 GS but now I have the iphone 5. Does anyone know if they make a cable for the iphone 5? Or better yet, do they make a cable with a headphone jack?

You have to buy the lightning adapter. It's around $30. I'm unsure of the a headphone jack cable.

yea just buy the adapter to go from the 4 to the 5
