good news!!!! JUST GOT BACK FROM LEXUS, THEY SAID THEY WILL WARRANTY MY MOTOR DUE TO THE PISTON RINGS AND SPRINGS BEING BAD!!!!! im so happy, i love lexus now !! haha thanks for all the help fellas

you got lucky especially since it was a theft recovery vehicle most times they wont warranty any vehicles that have a salvaged or branded title. But hey i am happy for u though, good luck with the rest of the time you have it.

the car came from a auction but was never a salvage title. during the theft the car wasn't damaged only stolen and found. i checked car fax and all and it was clean never salvage. and im sure the dealer just wants to make some money so they call it whatever they want as long as corp pays out lol
and when i called Orland park lexus the lady had no clue what the misfire was. i finally asked to speak to a manager and he knew what it was

Most states, dealers have to notify the buyer the car is theft recovered, lemon law, flood, salvage history, odometer accuracy and etc. If not it could lead to a felony
