Just wondering if anyone tried to upgrade the factory hid bulbs and ballast? Has anyone tried using a 55 watt hid conversion kit. I know i want to change the bulbs to 5k at the least but think the output of the factory hid are on the low side. So i was wondering if a 55 watt hid kit in 5k would be better than just switching out the bulb to a 5k. any thought on this would be helpful. Can you even do a plug and play on the factory hid wiring harness?. I already changed the fog lights to a 55 watt 5k hid kit. Next thing to go is the drl and parking light..

 

Why don't u try 6k and aim your headlights up a little. Should make a big difference unless u just want to blind people.

 

Want to see better stay 4.300k oem bulbs and aim the headlights a little bit higher.

 

i want 5k. i dont like the way 4300 looks on the road. ill just order a kit in and try it..if i cant make it work ill send back. i already got 55 watt 5k hid in the fogs..i want to match up with that..
