2006 gs300 rwd oil filter...2 part numbers...which one?

Does anyone know why i get two part number when i do a search on my 2006 gs300 rwd oil filter?? 04152YZZA3 and 04152YZZA5...which one do i order? Thanks for the help. [/SIZE]

Use 04152YZZA3 but I actually do not think it matters - the parts guys at my local Lexus showed me both as I was asking your exact same question and they looked identical.

I bought a box of 04152YZZA3 off ebay for my RWD.
