Default How much work to fit these??

OK, wheel guru's, I need your help on this one!!

Im looking at some wheels for my 3GS, and I really want to know if these will work and if so how much work will be needed to get them to fit properly

19x9 +11 front
19x10 +8 rear.

I am also looking at an air ride set up for this as well so that will be installed most likely be done at the same time...

Any imput you have will be really appreciated!!!

I'm running very similar offsets. 19x9 +11(-4 with my spacers) 225/35/19 19x10 235/35/19. I rolled the front fenders completely flat and shaved and relocated the bumper/fender tabs. I shaved the rear quarters flat and shaved the bumper tabs. I have no running issues at all and I'm pretty much kissing body to rim lip all around.

I don't have any pictures right now but I pretty much tossed the plastic bumper mounts, shaved the fender completely of access metal and drilled new holes common to the bumper and fender for a new bolt/nut to hold it together.
