this is exactly what i have been looking for. i have already ordered my white LEDs and decoder for my drl's and cant wait to instal. just one question i currently have an HID kit for my fogs but im not liking the fact that its only yellow once it reflects off the ground. i want it to be yellow coming out of the fog light itself. will LEDs give me what i want or do i need to get better HID kit? and if i go with LEDs do i need a decoder for the fogs just like the DRL's or do i just need the bulb
thanks. i have that on my other car and it does help but i have seen some is250-350 and scion tc with extremely bright yellow and i just wonder how is it so bright and mine looks like **** yellow lol
Instead of converting DRL make your fog lights to be DRL. You will not loose high beams and personally think fogs as DRL look sharper. Regular DRLs were turn off by the dealer. Just posted in DIY section. Here are pictures of lights in all modes.

Instead of using HID kit, use LEDs. You can even order switchbacks which are white until you turn the turn signal and become amber. Personally I would stay from HID kits in fogs as I wouldn't be suprised you blinding oncoming traffic. In my conversion in the previous post I have used 730lm 5k LEDs from vleds.

In my case
- Low Beam - already HID so no change
- High Beam - left the factory bulb as want to have high beam capability, BUT have disabled DRL (by dealer)
