I believe the thing with the dealer is they probably don't want to warrant the struts after aftermarket springs are installed, because the lower stance of the car and the adjustment of the dampering on the car dont go well together (as in things may break faster). If you're worried about warranty issues suspension-wise, but still want durability, have you considered coilovers? I mean it voids your warranty of course (I believe warranty's only voided on the struts, you may need to reconfirm), but it's $1000 a set pretty much, get same O.E. smoothness (or close enough to it), and you can adjust up and down as you please.

But F-Sport are a Lexus design, and as such, like all OE parts, are warrantied for 12 months if fitted by a dealer.
As pointed out above, the AVS system installed adjusts the damping of the shocks - probably rebound only.

I just assumed since it said this on the Sewell Lexus site: "Does not apply to GS models equipped with the optional AVS (Adaptive Variable Suspension)"Originally Posted by designo

I'll be leaving it as is for now, the ride height and look doesn't bother me at all. Thanks for everyone's comments.
