is there a company that makes them for the awd gs. i know the rwd and awd for some reason is not the same.

I got mine from brakeworld.com but it was for a GS350 AWD and had to be special ordered. Give them a call.

I purchased mine from Adam's rotors and they are perfect.

I would upgrade to the GS350/430/450H/460 front calipers and rotors if i was going to put cross drilled rotors on a GS300. It will look too small with the stock setup and look goofy.
