nav "system loading" error
I have an error message on the nav screen that says System Loading... Do not turn off power. The green bar get about half way across then the message starts again... What can I do??
A quick history since Feb of 2012:
I have an 06 GS 300. Dealer had it 3 1/2 weeks to re-ring the pistons...(so I guess they took the motor apart to do that job) They did that job at no cost to me at all. They said it was a recall. I have 73,000 miles so i am out of warranty. **They gave me a loaner while this job was being done which was nice.
Got it back and it didnt feel like it was running any better so I took it back. They had it 6 more days and said they replaced a plug. It was misfiring. (took them a while to figure that out I guess)
As I was driving it out of the service bay, I noticed the nav error message. Could they have done something that caused this issue?? I called back and they said to eject the disc and clean it off and put it back in, but i dont have a menu option so i cant eject the disc. (holiday weekend now and nobody is available today) I completely disconnected the battery for 10 minutes, but that didnt work.
Any ideas will be appreciated.

I am going back to the dealer tomorrow but I was trying to think of a method to get the nav to respond to "anything that I was doing" so I tapped the 4 corners of the display like I would do to override the use of the system while the car is in motion and the disc ejected!!......I thought that was great considering i didnt have access to the menu but now the display is in Japanese so I solved 1 problem but I got a new problem in exchange.
Does anyone think it might load up correctly if I clean the disc and put it back in?
