Would appreciate some advice on 245/40r18 tires, which to choose?

I have the Continental ExtremeContact DWS All-Season and like the smooth, quiet ride; low cost and 50,000 mile warranty. But you need to decide what you want from a tire. What's more important: 1) ride comfort; 2) handling quality; 3) tire wear; 4) tire cost; or 5) tire noise. List these factors in the order you think is the most important to the least important and use that a basis for selecting a tire. You won't find a tire that will meet all these parameters equally.

 

I'm using Pirelli PZero Nero tires on mine, but like ^ he said thats a great site, and the Continental Extreme DWS are not bad.

 

Just put on a set that size, Continental Extreme Contact DWS. Quieter and smoother ride than the Yokohama Advan run flats that were on when I got the car.
