i just purchased the TSX-R clear lens. Im looking to bake my headlight in the next week or so. Im swapping out the lens and changing the ballast. Hopefully it works out. Ill be looking forward to your DIY :-)

Can someone talk more in detail about baking the headlights and taking them apart is baking them to soften the bond ? What sort of temp to bake at ?

what size did u get> lens.. and how much..

275 in the oven.. 10min i try to pull it apart, then back in 10 min more .. cuz it cool down, need to do it fast if u going to do this... here pic so far so good.

i wonder how its gonna look, i got a lot of info in this page about tsx. if i have the money i probably do it. if you ever do get it done. post up some pictures.

So your just doing a lens now? If you do decide to do a projector swap why not go ahead and do a bi xenon projector in it? Your already going to be modifying the housing so why not modify your housing for a bi xenon. That would be what i would do at least. I am thinking about doing a projector swap in my gto. The aussie car needs something new and shiny. Good luck.

I would do the TSX lights, I know I went to see about changing my projector and the guy said that our car has good projectors, (I beg to differ) but wondering if this has a huge improvement. Sorry OP didnt mean to hijack your thread.
