Default Replacing Exterior B Pillar Trim

The glossy black exterior B pillar trim on my 2006 GS300 (both doors driver side) have been damaged from someone attempting to break in. I have the parts: 75762-30110 and 75756-
30110, however the replacement does not look as straightforward as I'd hoped.

Has anyone replaced these parts on their own? If so, any tips? I'm wondering if the mouldings around the window interior need to be removed first.

I'll probably end up at the dealer but I thought I'd check here first just in case it's actually doable for me.

Thanks.

Thank you. That PDF certainly helps. Confirms what I had hoped was not the case -- lots of parts have to be removed to get at this trim.
