Default what's my car worth?

I, too, can use you guys' opinions on how much I should ask a private buyer for my 07 450h, Smoky Granite Mica with Black interior, 70k miles, with the usual 450h options plus VDIM and APSSS. Very good to excellent condition with up to date maintenance and recalls. Not sure yet but i'm lurking with the idea of new 450h. I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area. Thanks.

I'm thinking around $24,500?

Keep it mind it seems everything us just more expensive in the bay. Ive read other topics about fair prices for our car and the prices they were naming had to be from other regions as i never found a deal as good as some of the numbers thrown out there. Either that or im just a bad negotiator lol

Thank you, you guys. Wow 27k? I thought I would be happy with 25k. Locally there are a couple 07 for sale by dealers, one 66k miles for $31k and one 71k miles for $26k. But these might not have APSSS. I'll be sure to let you guys here have the first crack at it when I decide to sell. Thanks again.

seems like a bunch of miles on a hybrid... A lot of people are sketchy about buying them used...

are you trying to trade it in or sell it outright?

I'd say trade it in and save yourself the hassle of selling it on your own...

I wouldn't do Carmax as they will give you a pretty low appraisal...might as well trade it in. Selling it yourself, while a hassle, will get you the most money...especially since you have 70K miles. If you can get a dealer to give you close to $24K that would be great but you can probably sell it for $4-5K over what the dealer will give you.

Thank you, everyone. With gas price soaring I think it's a good time to attract performance-minded drivers who also worry a bit about fuel, so I decided to sell my car.

I just posted an ad on the "Lexus Vehicles Classifieds" section. Check it out if any of you are interesed. Thanks, again.
