Default interior fogging up

hi interior fogging up big time... were talking about below 0 celcius ,, i have the heater on defrost ,,, max.... floors are not wet ... it smells like humidity threw the vents sometimes,, even summer time .. i checked the fliter ,, its clean but i still replaced it... ive noticed something that i go in the car windows are fine ,, then right after its starts from the back..then all the way to the front ,, theres even ice on the back windows fom the inside,, its builds up after i start to drive,,,, i cant even open the back windows,,, then sometimes even the front cause there frozen,,, what could beee?????

Make sure the glass is clean, keep AC on to remove moisture, and recirculation off.
Demister on, and heating up full - both fan speed & temperature - and airflow directed to feet once windows are cleared.
That should sort it out over a few consecutive days.
Wet shoes transfer dampness to mats, which adheres to the dirt/dust molecules on the glass.
