'09 vs. '10? I understand you can override the '09 Navi to use it while the car is moving which is important to me (gotta do it every time at startup though), yet you can't do this on the 2010? Or is this depending on whether you updated the Nav to the latest version, regardless of the generation?

 

You can do it on the 2010. Just read the instructions. You will have to override on each startup.

 

Using the voice method you can do it at anytime. No special override.

I just checked out some pics, I see that the 2010 loses the dreaded cassette deck! Is that what you meant by "no buttons"?

 

you can do voice commands on all years when driving. but also on all years, navigation menus (touch screens) are grayed out when driving
