L3XOTIC : good to know about this !! i have the ESTATE as well. So how is it work btw ? If I have problem, AUL will deal with the shop / dealership directly ??

Take it to any reputable shop and AUL will deal with them directly. Depends on conditions, they also offer you free rental allowance.

hopefully i won't have any problem. it's a hassle enough to bring into dealer and all that.
