Has any one had it were the car gives a what feels like jigging back and forth when breaking at low speeds 30mph and the transmission leaver also has a little jig back and forth as well. I was wondering it this was something that was a problem on the 3GS or could it be old break fluid as I'm not awar of when it wa changed ?. It's not a major jig but it's annoying.
Please note this is not a steering wheel jig it's the whole car jigging backwards and frontwards NOT side to side

Any comments would be welcome
not sure what condition you are describing -- are you saying the front end is diving/bobbing under braking, like the brakes are grabbing or maybe pulsating? Please tell us more...

Yes that's what it's like it's as if you are pressing and releasing the breaks very very fast. It has new pad all round and new discs on the rear the front look fine with regards to ware. I can see a small pocket of moisture/ water in the break fluid tank

Change your fluid asap. If you can't do it find somebody that can. You also need to make sure the brake fluid w/i the ABS system is flushed. I don't know where you live but a national tire/service franchise, Les Schwab, charges $55 to do a fluid flush -- don't know if they do the ABS too for that tho, but It shouldn't be much more for them to do that too.
moisture can ruin components in your brake system, it expands more and boils at very low temps compared brake fluid and you can end up with air bubbles in the system. I would also suggest you re-flush the system in a thousand miles or so -- it's cheap insurance...
how "new" are the new pads? did they turn the front rotors when they did the pads? New rotors will bed pads in slower than used/unturned rotors, but it still would be a pretty minimal thing most folks wouldn't even feel... Do the fluid and let's hear back after that...
OP!!!!!!!!! I am not sure what you are saying. What i can tell from you bad descriptions is either ABS kicked in and the pedal was shaking or you have warped rotors. How can you tell if you have moisture in your system? What color is the brake fluid? Lexus suggests changing it every 30k miles, have you done so? If not its a good maintenance to do regarding or disregarding your issue.
