Default How to remove fog lights? Help!

Does anyone have experience removing the fog lights from their 3GS? I've found instructions on how to replace the fog light bulbs, but nothing regarding the actual removal of the fog lights. I've purchase some yellow tint film and thought that by removing the fog lights I can do a better job at installing them.

Help!?

i don't know exactly how to remove the foglights, but from a timing and effort point of view, you should be able to do a good job with the fogs on the car without spending all the time to remove it

I did it with my bumper off but if you can get under the car and plastics ok it's not to hard. I believe it was just one screw or bolt and it clipped on too. It was may so I sorta forget. It wasn't hard though at all.

Do a search there is a DIY on the forum! I know you remove the fender lining in the wheel well.

As i remember there is only 1 screw holding it in place, Which can be accessed through the opening which cools down the brakes in front of the bumper. You will also need to remove a black plastic thing on the fog light to get access to the bolt.

Here you go found the link.

Just use this to get to the screws in the back and the rest should be easy!
Either that or unscrew the bottom engine cover and take it out from there, thats usually how my guy does it.

Hope that helped.

Thanks for the PDF. I did remove the bolt on the side of the fog lamp, towards the center of the vehicle using a socket wrench. However I still wasn't able to remove the lamp... feels stuck. I'll give it another shot and report back.
