Mike there is no way it going to cost a $100 to respray the door more like 5-750 for a blend and at least 350 for the door. Most shop will not just respray the door they will want to blend the entire side forward.

 

^^^ It really depends some scratch and dent guys are official it also depends on the color of the car. If the whole door needs to be repainted then i d say around $350 per door.

 

If you'd be happy with a "dry spray halo" then by all means have a dent ***** touch up guy rape your car! It looks like the scratch is in the center of the door so a competent body shop should be able to just paint the door. Depending on where your at $500 is about average, another example of cheaper isn't better. Sorry about your car that just sucks : (

 

What about a paint pen on door?

 

+1 the lexus dealer quoted me the same thing, i thought they'd rape me on charges, but it wasn't that bad (some girl ran into my rear bumper as she parked in and backed out and parked 2 rows away, a pedestrian caught the whole thing and called security).

Might not be teh same, but they offered to respray the rear bumper (even bigger scratch than him) for $150. It's different per location, but i'm sure he wont get raped THAT bad.

That's insane!! Average in FL is like....250 per door to repair scratches?

Paint pen will still show in any way you look at it, due to the deep scratches =\

 

Ok the good news is that it's only gonna cost $250 but only because I'm going to get my calipers painted as well as my friend, but he said he needs to paint the whole door, because the person went into the bare metal. This sucks.
