I have a 2006 GS 300 with Nav and an iphone 3.

I can pair the blue tooth and it stays paired for a while then the car can not find the phone. Anyone else have the problem? Phone is not jailbroken yet.

I understand that I can not import my contact numbers, which is more of a iphone issue. I think I can jail break the phone and send the contacts. I will probably just go to a friend's who has an old phone, import the contacts, then pair it with the car and load them into the car.

If I jail break the phone, is there an app that will let me play music from my iphone through the car.

you can use vaistech to play songs through the car, you don't need it to be jail broken at all
