2007 GS 350 AWD 25k on it. What is recommended service (tune-up) for it?

In old days tune up was:

- Spark plug change
- Air / fuel filter change
- Lube/grease bearings

Recommendations on spark plugs and air filter?

 

Spark Plug, do it at 60 - 70k miles

Transmission Change do it at 75k miles (though they said 100k, i like to do them early)

Air FIlter, do it yourself at every 15k miles it is easy..and i am a novice

Just do regular oil change at 5k interval with synthetic and your car will be smooth....for awhile...

 

Brake flush is also recommended at 30K. My local Lexus shop wanted to charge $150 for this service. You can have it done at Toyota for around $100 and any other local non-Lexus shop around $65
