Default Lkapimp's Vossen 083 fitment evolution

the 1st pic was initial ride height at the time i had my coils installed with no spacer +39 offset.
2nd pic has a 5mm spacer on it both 1st and 2nd pic have a 285/25.
the 3rd and 4th pic have a 245/30 on the rear and a 15mm spacer custom milled to 12.5 making the rear offset a +26.5 from the original height in my first pic i have lowered it about an inch seen in pics 3&4 as you lower the car the camber brings the wheel further under the car so this allows you to space it out further

I'm keeping my ride height as it is, that's why the +39 isn't bothering me!

keep in mind, your biggest problem will be where the fender meets the bumper. that's the part that will rub most way before the top rubs

OK, tires are gonna be a problem. It seems I am limited to choices if I decide to go 245/30 and 285/25

Tire Rack have the following option, is this tire good enough?

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....omCompare1=yes

Or should I just stick to conventional and go for 245/35 and 275/30?

I am set on +32/+39 Vossens now, whatever fender work needs to be done, I would rather go aggressive than timid, one has a solution the other doesn't ( and no I am not running spacers ever again )

if you go with 275/30, it will have a little stretched look in the back. are you going to like it? plus i don't know if the tires will have enough grip for your liking. of course, prepare for rubbing

Based on my personal experience with the 245/35 - 275/30 setup, it works but there is fender work to be done especially in the area where the bumper/fender bolt up. As Henry mentioned this is where you'll start seeing the most rubbing so plan on trimming that as much as you can or else you will have problems. I will try to take pics of my wheel well and post so you can see what I'm talking about. If you want to be in spec then run the recommended 245/30 - 285/25 setup, it really comes down to what you are willing to do to make it work. I chose the 245/35 - 275/30 because I wanted more wall thickness. I did have some stretch in the rear but not much. I was completely satisfied with my setup.

Once again guys, my fenders have already been worked on! Especially bumper/fender joint where my tires were previously being slit! That's been sorted out and now and the inner well feels like a baby's a$$!

but if i remember what you said before, your current wheel setup is effectively 10.5 +43 or something like that right? and keep in mind that's on spec tire size of 275/30/19.

10.5 +39 (4mm more aggressive) with over spec 275/30/20, that's a whole new ball game.

of course, if the shaving / rolling was done to the limit, you might be ok. but i am just giving you a fair warning that you might still have some

If I go for 10.5 +39, I will be +8 more aggressive! My current setup is 10.5 +47 ( 9.5 +45 plus 10mm spacers )

I'm just worried that if I go with +45 Vossens, I will end up with the same stance I already have, I don't like it!

Thanks Mike!

I'm gonna take my chances if it's DB Schenker, as they have already lost 2 orders of mine in the past! LOL

I trust Vossen will be tough on them prior to shipping! Let's wait!

Can't wait, been dreaming of these wheels lately in my sleep!
