Only thing that scares me is I don't see any maintenance history on the carfax, not sure if that means anything really. I imagine all of the recalls I can still get done at the local dealership even though this car is out of warranty. Should the mileage concern me? I know Lexus has a pretty good reliability rating but there aren't a whole lot of GS/IS's at this mileage. The only reason I'm considering it is because of the condition it's in. It looks to be immaculate which is surprising when you consider the mileage. Anyway, I may purchase it but I figured I should ask what your opinions were first. I like that it has tinted windows and chrome wheels. Very nice look.

I've found a couple that I liked with less mileage for a couple grand more but they've either sold out from under me or the dealer won't reply. Talked them down on this one to $23,9xx. Was pushing for $23k but I suppose I'm close enough.

Alright there is nothing major with the car I looked on Lexus.com and it just had its 80K mile service done, and the Engine battery was recently replaced and the timing belt was replaced. Those are the major things done on the car, sounds like a solid car to me. Hope this helps.

Looks and sounds like a good car, with the popular Nav and ML options, but please decide with your testing, seeing, and feeling of the car.

I would definitely bargain that price down. I would not buy that mileage at that price.

Yah I'm still trying to work them down. I'm sure they picked it up for a lot less than what they're asking, especially if it was a trade in. Can you see if any of the recall work has been done or is that something that I'll have to have done once I get it?

You should be able to ask that dealer to provide you a paper records of the recalls been done, as a piece of mind for you and to show future buyers if you decide to sell it later. What I did also was to track down the Lexus dealer which the car was first sold, called them and confirm the records.

If the recalls haven't been done you can add this to your negociation.

^^ yeah and since it is a 350, check about the valve recall. If you do get it, better to have it done immediately if not already.
