Default Warranty question

Hey guys, the 06 gs300 has 67000 miles on the odometer. When I back out of the garage and turn the wheel, I hear a slight clunky sound from the front end. It may actually be normal, I dont know. But say a component is going bad, would that typically be covered under the 6/70 powertrain ?

sounds like suspension issue. not engine/transmission, so no, it would not be covered.

Sounds like the brake pad moving forward and making a hit, click, or clunky sound.

Don't think its a transmission issue but I don't think it sounds like a suspension issue either, is the noise occuring when you turn the wheel all he way! or just slightly.

I back out with the steering wheel turned left then when I go into drive, turn the wheel to the right, as I am turning right, I will hear a little sound. Mind you the car is moving, I dont ever stop fully and turn the wheel, so it is hard to guess if this is brake related, but my guess is no - will pay more attention in the next few days

Cause I know if you turn the wheel all the way it makes a vibration sound, it could beither the front or rear ball joints when is the last time you got them checked!

could be anything. but that's not gonna be covered under powertrain.

i've had that clunk sound before on another car, and tech said it could be the suspension or the steering rod(whatever you call it).
