So I dropped my car off today and got a simple RX350, which was very comfortable and quite. The main things I brought it in for was the Dash Rattle and my passenger speaker. When I picked my car up it was washed and had a full tank of gas as opposed to the below full I had when I dropped it off, didn't know they would put gas in the car(maybe cause they drove it). In terms of the dash rattle they pointed to the front air vents and the tech told me that it was because Lexus has decided to use recycled plastic, is this B/S or or real as to the reason of the rattle. Yes the rattle is gone and the cabin sounds nice and quite, until I turn the music on.

P.S.The dealership said that if out of warranty or an extended warranty does not cover this fix and only CPO and Factory warranty covers that, the cost would have been $1,500 as told by service advisor
